Individual Counselling
One-on-one online sessions tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore what you’re going through, make sense of your feelings, and build tools to help you cope and move forward. Individual counselling can support you with anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and parenting challenges. Sessions are a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin to heal at your own pace.
Parenting Support
Support for parents navigating the emotional and practical challenges of raising children, including neurodivergent children. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling hard right now—whether it’s behaviour, school stress, meltdowns, burnout, or the impact on your own mental health. Sessions focus on helping you feel less alone, more confident, and better equipped with tools, strategies, and understanding so you can support your child while also caring for yourself.

Hi, I’m Amber. I’m a Registered Professional Counsellor- Candidate (RPC-C) working under supervision. I support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck, and are looking for a safe space to talk and begin moving forward. I work with concerns such as anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and parenting challenges. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in real-life understanding. As a parent of an autistic child and someone with lived experience of domestic abuse, I bring empathy, insight and non-judgmental presence to each session. I aim to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered while building tools to navigate life with more clarity and confidence.
What to Expect in Therapy
Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and paced to meet your needs. I use approaches such as CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. My objective is for you to leave sessions feeling more grounded, supported, and equipped to handle life. I welcome anyone seeking support, and I have a special interest in working with women and parents of neurodivergent children.
